“All Iners” are by definition finishers. They understand that fear is simply a tool of the enemy to hinder and stunt their work for The Lord. When attacked by doubt or depression they cry out to The Lord like Nehemiah “strengthen my hands.” (See Nehemiah 6 for schemes of the enemy to make you quit.) They know the source of the attack and refuse because of the greater source of power dwelling in us.
Lots of people are good at starting things – school, yard project, building project, etc. – but not good at finishing. Emotions or an encouraging word got them started but they quit when they don’t “feel it” anymore.
We, the “All Iners,” keep going and finish the task. When the excitement is gone, when no one is cheering us on anymore , when it looks like we’ll never make it to the finish line – we keep going – we push on because we believe, trust and have faith in the Word of God and the word He gave us to encourage us to start the task. We know deep down inside and we “are being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you (us) will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 1:6 NIV84)
So get up and get moving. Completion is assured.
