Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. (Galatians 5:24, 25 NIV84) When all in selfishness is eradicated from our inner man as we allow the Holy Spirit to have complete access and control of our entire life. We will then truly understand the love of Christ which was truly selfless. Ask yourself if you would share your all? See below –
“An anthropologist proposed a game to a group of children of an African tribe. He put a basket of fruit by a tree and told the children the first to reach the basket would win them all. When he told them to run, they all took each others hands and ran together, they then sat and enjoyed the fruit together. When asked why they ran like that, as one could have enjoyed all the fruit for oneself, they replied “Ubuntu, how can one of be happy if all the others are sad?” Ubuntu is African tribes’ philosophy which can be summed up “I am because we are.””
